§ 1
1. This Privacy Policy contains information regarding the principles of processing and protecting personal data of entities using the website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) owned by ALSANIT Sp. z o.o., located at www.alsanit.nl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and the cookie policy.
2. The administrator of personal data provided by Users is ALSANIT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Trzcianka, at Wieleńska 2, 64-980 Trzcianka, NIP: 763-214-68-59, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.”
3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
4. Information about Users and their behavior is collected in the following ways:
(a) through data voluntarily entered by Users in electronic forms available on the Service (such as sidebars, contact forms, and free quote forms),
(b) through the storage of cookies on end-user devices,
(c) through the collection of web server logs by the hosting operator.
5. The Service collects only information voluntarily provided by Users, although it may also collect information about connection parameters (time, IP address, browser).
6. The Service uses an SSL encryption protocol to ensure the highest security standards.
§ 2

All collected data is not associated with specific individuals but is solely used for efficient server administration.
§ 4
1. The processing of Users’ personal data, as mentioned in § 1, section 4 above, is carried out exclusively for the purposes for which the data was entered into the Service by the User, with their prior consent, including:
- (a) preparing service estimates and sending commercial offers,
- (b) handling inquiries, contact requests, or responses to messages sent by the User,
- (c) fulfilling obligations imposed on the Administrator by law,
- (d) fulfilling the Administrator’s legitimate interests (e.g., conducting marketing activities) without infringing the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
2. Recipients of Users’ personal data are entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in § 4, section 1 above, and entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, such as IT service providers, consulting firms, accounting, and legal service providers.
3.Based on this Privacy Policy, the Administrator will collect some or all of the following data:
- a. name and surname,
- b. company name, address, and NIP numer,
- c. contact phone numer,
- d. email address,
- e. IP addresses,
- f. the website address of the User,
- g. additional information about the User’s business activities.
4. Access to personal data is restricted to persons authorized by the Administrator.
5. Under applicable law, personal data collected by the Administrator may be disclosed to competent state authorities.
6. Collected User data will be stored only as long as legally permitted (e.g., for accounting purposes) and necessary for achieving the legitimate purposes outlined in § 4, section 1. The Administrator will contact the User via email, phone, or another online application.
7. The Administrator is responsible for using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of Users’ personal data, preventing unauthorized access, unlawful processing, data loss, damage, or destruction.
8. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe their data processing violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).
9. Users have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, restrict its processing, transfer it, delete it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
